introduction
To
teach is a difficult word in music. I believe that every body has a natural
sense for music, a unique personality. My goal is to help people who come
to me to develop tools to express themselves. There is no right or wrong,
it's all about you.
I
have had the pleasure to be taught by excellent tutors, and I certainly
haven't said thanks to them enough times. But this is only the road I
have chosen, you may find another one.
I
will proceed to list here some of the FAQ in different teaching fields.
Please notice that this answers are not strict rules, there is always
an exception.

Do
I need to read music?
I agree that there are great musicans that can't read a note, but,
I need to give you information that you can practice between lessons.
So, yes, I will teach you to read music, but don't worry, the good
news are that you will only need half an hour to understand rhythmic
music notation.
- Do I need to
practice?
Absolutely!
I will give you the information but the only way you will masterise
it is with repetition.
- Why you only provide lessons in blocks?
Every new student can try one lesson so we can know each other, no commitment at all. However, I like to work in a program that we set together the first day of the block. It is the best way I know to establish realistic goals to help you achieve results.
